When Does My Home Need a Deep Cleaning?
We recommend starting our services with a deep cleaning, especially if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the past three months. A deep clean removes built-up dust, grime, and bacteria from hard-to-reach areas, creating a healthier living environment. For ongoing maintenance, scheduling a deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months helps keep your home properly disinfected, reducing allergens and germs—especially during flu season. Is Gift Of Time Cleaning Company a Maid Service Company?
We are not a maid service company. Unlike maid service companies who have maids who do basic cleaning and tidying tasks like dusting and changing sheets, our cleaning service employs highly trained house cleaning specialists who are experts in their field. They know advanced cleaning techniques and are much more knowledgeable and better equipped to handle a wide variety of cleaning tasks than maids are.

Do You Bring Your Own Cleaning Supplies?
Yes, we bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We understand that using the right products is essential to delivering high-quality results, which is why we come fully prepared for every job. However, if you have specific cleaning products or equipment you prefer us to use, you’re welcome to provide them. What is your Cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less notice, a $25 cancellation fee may apply. For rescheduling, we also ask for at least 24 hours' advance notice, and a $25 rescheduling fee may be charged for last-minute changes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptions. Do I have to be home for the cleaning?
You do not have to be home for the cleaning. Simply leave a key under the mat, with your concierge, in the mailbox, or whatever is most convenient for you.

What if I have pets?
We love animals, but they may not always love us. If you think your pet will be anxious around our cleaners, you can make temporary arrangements for them while we are in your home. You can leave instructions for your pets with our sales associate during our exploratory call.
